Octavian was very quick to come out and look at the fence I needed installed. He gave a quote that day, and started on the following Monday. Work was completed in 2 days which included 50 feet of fencing and 2 gates. He was always on-time, and crisp & clear in his communications -- he wanted to make sure that each step was verbally agreed before making any false assumptions. Would hire again!

Octavian did a great job! He was extremely responsive and scheduled the work very quickly! He has excellent communication and follow through, very professional. He arrived promptly on the day of the job and finished more quickly than we expected. We would definitely hire this company again!

Octavian was quick to respond, quick to come out and provide an estimate, and quick to install the window. He was on time for the estimate and was early to the installation. He was great to work with.

They where great. On time, easy to work with. Put in a pocket door, framed out a closet, took out doors, made large opening to two closets to acommadate larger doors. Done in two days.

My home have an 30 years old 10'x12' desk is failing and I put out a request at Yelp. Octavian from IDL contact me within 30min time and willing to come out to give me an quote the next day in the morning. He is on time and give me some recommendation how to save some money on what I want it done. I am impress by what he know and the quote come in very fair price compare with other vendor. I put the trigger and next day at around 8am he and other  person show up to begin demolition and build me an new 12'x12' composite deck.  In my mind I am thinking this is going to take two to three day, but I got a call from him when I am at work around 7pm, he told me it is done! I am totally stun. The deck is perfect and I am very please. Job well done and super fast! If I can give more than 5 stars I will!. I got few more project on my house, for sure will use them again. Highly recommend them.

I recently hired Octavian to replace our old deck.it was a huge deck: 700 sqf in the front and another 700sqf at back.  
He did an excellent job. The estimate he gave me is reasonable, the communication is very effective. The final price we paid is quite close to the estimate ( we paid slightly higbecause we added some extra work). Except waiting for the material delivery, he finalized the project within the timeframe as promised. Now we have a very beautiful deck for summer!

I worked with IDL on deck for my home. I like the quality of the work, attitude, and speed of delivery. Overall I am happy about IDL's work and hope to work with them again.
